Jake T. Austin, who stars on ABC Family's The Fosters, has been charged with a hit-and-run that occurred in November, TMZ reports.
Last fall, Austin crashed into three parked cars in Sherman Oaks, Calif., at approximately 3 a.m. According to an eyewitness, the people in Austin's car, one of whom matched the actor's description, called a car service to pick them up before the police arrived.
If convicted, Austin could face up to six months in prison and a $1,000 fine. Additionally, the charge might result in a parole violation stemming from the 19-year-old's DUI from last October.
